We dropped by to see if they could diagnose a problem with the slide on our rental unit. They had the unit in the garage in minutes and diagnosed within 15… they even had the parts on hand. I happen to be making a stop in Dorchester and needed a few things looked at. Gareth, took fabulous care of my trailer and caught something major that saved me a massive headache later down the road. Amazing help to a newbie at using a camper that is electric everything. My slide out wouldn't work, and two gentlemen I spoke with went through every scenario to get it to work and they resolved the problem for me right over the phone. We needed 4 new tires after a blowout on the highway while on our way home. They were courteous, kind, and helpful. They were able to get us in on the same day. I spoke with Chris at this location concerning my HW tank. I’m not a regular customer being from NL but was informed by a friend of the great customer service.I explained to Chris My HW burner in my Rockwood rv was not staying lit and shutting down after 5 seconds. Chris took the time and investigated the problem with one of their technicians and called me back within 10 minutes with a couple of possible solutions. The staff was amazing!!! They have the best prices around. They don’t try to sell you the most expensive camper like the other guys do. They listen to what you want. They were great with my kids. They made the buying process very easy and stress free. I would definitely buy from them again.

Garath the Service manager and Jon the tec came to our rescue on the side of the Hwy when our Motorhome blew a tire. When I called they told me they don’t service motorhomes. I think by the sound of my voice and with only 5% charge on my phone they said we’ll be there in 5 minutes. These two were our saviours. They let us charge our phones in the truck and then gave us a lighter charger so we could charge while driving. They crawled under the MH and saw what damage was done. They Jerry rigged the compartment door so we could drive it and called Coastal towing to come change the tire. These two were beyond amazing and kind and if their kindness is any indication of what you will receive at SACKVILLE RV then absolutely buy your next trailer from them. Thank you both so much. My husband and I decided to check out the RV event at the Moncton Coliseum, and I am so glad we did. We dealt with another sales rep, however, since the RV was with Sackville RV, we had the pleasure of working with Chad, who was great the whole time. Even helping out the sales rep that was with us to find information on a Used RV. Then we started the purchasing process and Chad made sure to explain everything to us, he went over all our options with us, and the best part? He was very kind and did not push anything on us to add in. They worked with us on negotiating the price a little and made sure they stayed under the budget we provided. All in all a perfect experience - I wouldn't hesitate to return to them for another purchase! We're very excited and happy with our purchase.

All personnel that I was in contact with were very professional and helpful. The lot was nicely set up with an array of new and used RVs. Many to choose from. I recommend the drive.

Camping at Amherst Shores Prov Park last week. Realized my 2 part trailer hitch had a broken washer on a bolt holding it together. Not safe to tow with. Looked for an RV dealer who might be able to fix it. Sackville RV was closest. Drove in, mentioned my problem and a nice young guy went off to the shop and a minute later was back with new bolt and washers, power tool and big wrench and voila, it was fixed. And at no charge! Sorry I can't remember his name! Ya can't fix everything for free, but I think this speaks to their willingness to help! Lots of RV places are not interested in you if you have not already purchased from them. Thanks so much guys. Then Dave (gave me his card) showed us around a GeoPro and a couple of Rockwoods. Nice units and seemed very well built. If you are looking for an RV centre that cares, check these guys out.

I live here in town & just took my camper trailer in for a safety inspection. The service manager Garreth went above and beyond pointing out things the trailer needed from re-siliconing all around windows, doors and seams, to what cleaning sollution was best recomended for the exterior. As camping season is busy and appointments were filling up fast, the service manager Garreth was able to fit me in sooner, a few days quicker type of soon. He went over and above with the work needed, which I was grateful for. Sackville RV has some of the best service crews working from Garreth, Rick, Brian and Jon, and they all deserve recognition and should be rewarded for their expertise and hard work they put in daily. Had some issues with an RV we were renting on a road trip. They were able to help us with all of our issues right away. Very friendly and great customer service!

We were on our way to Newfoundland and experienced some electrical issues. Stopped at Sackville RV unannounced and they took us right in. In less than an hour, Richard had us back on our way. Our issue could have been a nightmare but Sackville RV turned it into a story to share! We can’t thank enough all the helpful and friendly folks at Sackville RV! We were traveling from the U.S. in the Sackville area when we had a problem with the electrical connection between our motorhome and tow vehicle. Found them online and called. Stephanie, the service manager, told us to bring it by and they would take a look. We expected to have to wait for quite a while since we did not have an appointment. They stopped and helped us as soon as we arrived. Diagnosed the problem had it fixed and we were back on the road in an hour. And the price was more than fair. Can’t say enough about how nicely we were treated by Stephanie and the service department.

Had an electrical problem with our camper on a long camping trip and had the good fortune to end up at Sackville RV. Extremely friendly people and a very competent mechanic fixed our problem right away. Highly recommended!

We purchased a destination trailer last year and everyone was great to deal with.

I don't think I have ever given a company 5 stars in my life, but these guys rock & deserve more than 5. From the initial phone call in to inquire about the trailer & speaking to Luc , who was up front about the issues of the trailer & very friendly. Krista took all the time I needed to show me the trailer & answer all my questions. Dan in finance was easy peasy to deal with & didn't attempt to over sell anything. Chris in service called & answered all my questions concerning having the trailer delivered to the middle of nowhere for me & John, my delivery guy had no issue inching my trailer back & forth to make sure I got it in the perfect spot to see down my favorite river 24 hours a day . Once the trailer was setup & I got to spend some time in it, I had a couple of issues with different items (Some user error), one phone call to Chris & a few emails later, John the smiley delivery guy headed back down to the middle of nowhere & fixed every single issue I had. I don't think I have ever made any kind of purchase that went so smooth & friendly from beginning to end. I highly recommend these guys!

We purchased our GeoPro camper in early March at Sackville RV prior to the pandemic shutting everything down. Our intent was to drive up from Nfld later in the Spring to tow it home. Travel restrictions cancelled all that! Thanks to the team at Sackville RV especially GM Luke MacCaull who worked his magic to arrange our trailer to be towed to North Sydney and shipped via Marine Atlantic to Port aux Basque where I picked it up.
